• Composition:
  • Broth: Chicken broth (water, chicken carcass, vegetables, kelp, dried tuna (bonito), soy sauce, mirin, sake)
  • Noodles: Egg noodles ramen (wheat flour, water, egg, salt)
  • Chicken: Chicken thigh marinated in soy sauce, sake and ginger, fried until golden brown
  • Egg: Soft-boiled egg marinated in soy sauce
